Cache changes
?
Cache temporarily stores your data in your local browser only, in case you accidentally close or refresh the tab. It is never uploaded to any server, so your privacy is fully protected.

It is not a reliable long-term storage and will be lost if you clear browser data or switch to a different browser or device. Your xlsx, csv, or json file is your only source of truth. Always export and keep your own copy.

Clear all cached data at any time by turning this off.

Create a blank table or import a local file. Edit cells directly and the chart updates as you type. Export your table after every session to keep it as source of truth.

Drag a .xlsx, .csv, or .json file here · Click to import

Note: Example data is randomly generated for demonstration purposes only. Any coincidence with real papers or venues is purely unintentional.

Why this tool?

Handling multiple concurrent submissions is cognitively demanding. This tool lets you maintain a simple spreadsheet and instantly visualize your submission timeline as a Gantt chart. No account, no server, no installation. All data stays in your browser and is never sent to a server, so your privacy is fully protected.

How to use?

  1. Import data. Click + Create blank table to start, or upload a .xlsx/.csv/.json file to import your existing data.
    • If this is your first time using this tool, click Load example to see a demo, play with the table and chart, then create your own when you are ready!
  2. Edit the table. The Gantt chart updates automatically as you type. Enable Cache changes to preserve your edits in case you accidentally close or refresh the tab.
  3. Export results. Use ⬇ Export xlsx to save your table and ⬇ Download PNG to download the chart. Export the table after every session, as it is your only source of truth. Next time, upload the table file to pick up where you left off.

Tips

  • Date formats. Use YYYY-MM-DD or YYYY-MM. Append (expected) to a date to mark it as planned.
  • Resubmissions. Round 2 (R2) and Round 3 (R3) columns are hidden by default. Click ▸ R2 in Final result or ▸ R3 in Final result 2 to expand. They auto-expand when your data has resubmission dates.
  • Filters and zoom. Use the filters above the chart to focus by status, role, or type. Use zoom to adjust the scale.
  • Statistics. Click the panel below the chart to see acceptance rate, average review duration, and more.
  • More export formats. Click next to ⬇ Export xlsx for CSV or JSON, or next to ⬇ Download PNG for PDF or SVG.
  • Accepted oral/poster. Use Accepted (oral) or Accepted (poster) in Status to show presentation type on the chart. Both count as accepted in statistics and filters.
  • Share. Click 🔗 Share to generate a link others can open to view and edit a snapshot of your data.
